KOJ & Lawns was built from a simple idea — turn something you enjoy doing into something you’re proud to do for others.

After years of working a regular job, Randy decided it was time to take a chance on himself and pursue something he genuinely enjoyed: working outdoors, mowing lawns, and taking care of properties. What started as a passion for yard work grew into KOJ & Lawns, a business he built from the ground up and now runs full-time.

Randy is a hardworking, down-to-earth family man who enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids. He believes in showing up, working hard, treating people right, and leaving a property looking better than he found it.

While KOJ & Lawns is his business and you'll usually find Randy behind the mower, pressure washer, or getting his hands dirty on a job, you may occasionally see one of his sons or another family member lending a hand.

For Randy, this isn't just a job — it's something he truly enjoys doing. And that pride shows in his work.
